What is your return policy?

 We want you to love your Brushies products as much as we do. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, contact us at customerservice@thebrushies.com. Returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website are accepted within 30 days, in new and unused condition with the original packing slip. We cannot accept returns from retail stores. Customers wishing for an exchange or return must request a Return Authorization (RA) number via email by contacting us at customerservice@thebrushies.com. When shipping your item back to us, please include the RA number on the original packing slip with a description of the reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. We suggest using a shipping method with delivery confirmation as Babiators is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

How long does a return / exchange take?

We want to provide you with exceptional customer service. We will do our best to process your return and exchange as quickly as possible. The standard time is 5-7 business days.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed onto my credit card?

We want to get your money back to you as quickly as possible. We will issue a refund to your credit card within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on the type of credit card used, it may take anywhere from 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
